Do you hear that? No? ~ EXACTLY! The kids are back in school! That means I can clean the house and it will stay clean more than 10 minutes! Can I get a 'Whooop ~ Whooop!'

On second thought ~ no cleaning today just dancing in the street.
Have a great '1st Day Back to School' ya'll!

I only have one child and she is 22. I don't have the back-to-school thing, but I love it when I am alone in the house and there is no noise and I have a good book to read. The silence is pure pleasure.

I wonder how long I could last without having another person around?, probably not long cause I would start missing my Eddie real quick.

I to take the silence and the pleasure of reading in increments to savor the pleasure; somewhat like I used to do with milk chocolate caramels. LOL

Today is MY happy day also

  4. Whoop whoop for you! However, the back to school days aren't NEAR as exciting when you're a teacher! :)

Yep...ditch the cleaning and go celebrate!!

  6. Isn't a little alone time a joy to behold?

  7. I'm crossing my fingers that tomorrow is my happy day. I've had a sick child for the last two days but I think she can finally go back tomorrow. I'll be Whoop whooping too.

It's so strange, I'm celebrating but I have this feeling like something is missing.
I'm happy but at the same time things seem so still. Not the norm, you know?

(And, Dearest Blarney, you made tears appear in my eyes with your sweet comment on my last post. If I knew how to do all those fancy buttons, badges and other fun stuff I would make a special note just for you.
    Consider my appreciation your note.
    Forgiveness IS a powerful thing.)
