As if a week of the shenanigans going on in our state capitol headlining on national news wasn't enough, Mother Nature has decided to dump on us in the form of 9"-13" of heavy snow, sleet and whatever else she can find. All I have to say is she had better lay reeeeeaaaaaal low for the next few days if you know what I mean.
If you've been following the news some of our Senators have fled the state in an effort to block a vote. We even have pastors in adjoining states offering up their homes and churches to help hide the Senators. I can see it now "Holy War in the promised cheese land!"
Well, maybe not.
Perhaps we could distract some of the protesters by re-showing the Superbowl on the dome of the state capitol?
Yeah, probably not.
For those of you who know our family moved from the sunny recesses of CA 5 years ago back to the current snowmagedon fraught homestead, this current turn of events only makes me seem more crazy than you previously thought. I'm just saying.
Send Sangria!
